WEBSITE ANIMATION

We create custom website animation: section reveals on scroll, hover effects, transitions and movement for key elements. Behaviour follows the page content and the visitor’s task. We consider mobile devices, accessibility and performance so motion supports the design and keeps the website usable. We work remotely with clients in Russia and other countries.

WHEN A WEBSITE NEEDS MOTION

Movement can explain relationships between elements, emphasise a key section and make interface feedback clear. We choose techniques after reviewing the page: a single effect will not suit every heading, photograph or button.

  • Emphasise an offer

A hero or key section needs to introduce its headline, image and action in sequence. We plan the order and pace so visitors can read the message and understand where they can go next.

  • Bring portfolios and content to life

You want movement in project cards, images and sections during scrolling. We identify which elements need emphasis, how they appear and whether effects should repeat when a visitor returns to the section.

  • Clarify interface feedback

Buttons, links, menus or cards need a clear response to interaction. We plan hover, focus and open states. On touchscreens, essential information and actions must remain available without mouse hover.

This service concerns the behaviour of agreed website elements. If the page does not exist yet, or needs a new structure and design, we first define the website development task. Animating an individual banner or video layout is separate from interactive page effects.

WHAT WEBSITE ANIMATION COVERS

We start with the current website or approved design. We review the platform, available settings and existing interactions, then agree the elements and scenarios. Feasibility is checked before confirming scope and price.

  • Page and platform review

We examine the structure, images, copy and existing effects. We clarify how the website is built and edited. For an existing project, we assess compatibility with its settings, components and constraints, along with the access required for the task.

  • Scenarios and emphasis

We define which elements move, what triggers them and how long they take. We discuss order, delays, repetition and final states. Pages and repeated sections are listed beforehand to keep the scope clear.

  • Reveals and scrolling

We configure agreed text, image and card reveals as sections enter view. Timing considers reading time, normal scrolling and neighbouring elements. Complex scenes, parallax and linked sequences are assessed for the particular brief.

  • Hover and transitions

We plan behaviour for buttons, links and cards, along with agreed transitions and interface states. Keyboard operation and visible focus are considered. Page transitions and custom menus are included only within the agreed scope.

  • Adaptation and reduced motion

We check behaviour across screen sizes and input methods. Touch interaction gets suitable states, and the system preference for reduced motion is considered. Essential content and ways to get in touch remain available with simplified effects.

  • Implementation and checks

We implement approved effects using a suitable platform approach and check how they interact with existing elements. We assess unnecessary repetition, offscreen behaviour and the load introduced by the solution. Verification and handover conditions are agreed in advance.

EXAMPLES OF VISUAL DIRECTION

These two demonstration web layouts show compositions for discussing how text, graphics and cards might appear. The images are static design examples, not finished animation case studies or a promise to include every element shown in the service. Movement is developed for your own website.

HOW WE ADD WEBSITE MOTION

The brief and the website’s capabilities come first, followed by the sequence and implementation. This helps agree expected behaviour before connecting effects to working pages.

  1. Brief and materials

Send the website or design and describe the desired changes. We clarify the platform, pages, devices and motion references. Required materials and access are defined within the agreed scope.

  2. Assessment and scenarios

We review technical capabilities and current effects. We list elements, triggers and states, and discuss constraints. Scope, price, timing and approval stages are confirmed before starting.

  3. Implementation

We add agreed effects through platform settings or the existing website code. Behaviour stays connected to the composition and interface. Where useful, we start with a limited example to check the selected technique.

  4. Adaptation and verification

We check scrolling, hover, keyboard use, touch scenarios and reduced motion. We review how effects work with text, buttons and neighbouring sections, then make agreed adjustments.

  5. Approval and handover

We show the result and confirm the agreed scenarios. After final payment, we hand over the changes and relevant guidance. Publishing, access and ongoing support are agreed separately before launch.

PRICE AND TIMELINE

from ₽4,000

Timeline — 2–3 business days

The current price list starts at ₽4,000 for website animation, with a timeline of 2–3 business days. We confirm the estimate after reviewing the website, platform and list of effects.

Scope depends on the number of pages and elements, sequence complexity, repeated sections, the state of the project and implementation options. The starting price covers an agreed task rather than unlimited effects across an entire website. Additional scenarios are estimated separately.

A new website, redesign, missing content, complex 3D scenes, video production, custom functionality and fixing all existing project issues are not included automatically. Paid plans and external services are separate when required. Fixed speed scores, more enquiries and search rankings are not promised.

Work starts after a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid after approval and before handover. A contract with scope, price and timing can be arranged on request. Material and access readiness, along with feedback stages, inform the completion date. We work remotely.

QUESTIONS ABOUT WEBSITE ANIMATION

How much does website animation cost?

The price list starts at ₽4,000 with a timeline of 2–3 business days. For an estimate, send the website or design, platform and a list of preferences. We check feasibility and clarify elements, scenarios, adaptation and conditions. Unlimited pages and effects are not assumed.

Can you add animation to an existing website or Tilda?

We can discuss this after reviewing the project. We check the platform, settings, editing options and current effects. Different websites have different capabilities, so the particular technique and implementation are confirmed beforehand, including for a Tilda project.

Which effects can I request?

We discuss scroll reveals, text and image movement, hover effects, button and card states, and agreed transitions. Complex scenes and linked sequences are assessed separately. Selection depends on the page’s purpose and the platform’s technical capabilities.

Will the animation work on phones?

Mobile behaviour is defined alongside desktop behaviour. Touchscreens do not have normal mouse hover, so we choose an appropriate interaction. Essential information and actions remain available. Required devices and browsers become part of the agreed verification list.

How do you consider performance and reduced motion?

We select a solution for the task and assess its load, unnecessary repetition and offscreen behaviour. We provide simplification for the system’s reduced-motion preference. Loading time also depends on the website, images, services and hosting; a fixed speed score is not guaranteed.

Does this include building or redesigning the website?

This service animates agreed elements of an existing website or approved design. New structure, page design, website development and additional functionality are separate tasks. Their scope and price can be discussed alongside animation before work begins.

What should I provide?

Send the website link, platform information, any available design and a description of the intended behaviour. References are useful when you explain the techniques you like. Access and whether to work on a copy or the live project are agreed after assessment, to the extent needed for the task.

How is this different from layout or logo animation?

Website animation responds to page behaviour: scrolling, navigation and visitor actions. A layout or logo animation is a separate moving asset that may appear in a video or website. Producing that asset and integrating it are defined as separate parts of the scope.
