ADVERTISING DESIGN
Advertising design for companies, independent professionals and events. We create custom banners, posters, flyers and other agreed layouts for print and digital media. The work brings the main message into focus, builds a clear composition and connects the design with your brand identity. We collaborate remotely with clients in Russia and internationally, with formats and deliverables defined around your brief.
WHEN YOU NEED AN ADVERTISING LAYOUT
An advertising piece has a specific purpose: introduce an offer, announce an event or help someone take the next step. We begin with the content and intended placement. The same information needs different treatment on a poster, a flyer and a small banner.
A company or professional’s offer
Introduce a service, product or new direction. We identify what readers need to understand first, where supporting information belongs and how to show contacts or a response option without overcrowding the layout.
A promotion or seasonal campaign
Present a special offer while maintaining a connection to your brand. Establish the main information and required dimensions, then agree the number of variations and adaptations before starting.
An event or invitation
Bring together a name, date, venue, programme and participation details. We clarify which information is essential, what can move to a link or QR code and how people will use the material.
This service covers the graphic design of advertising materials and preparation of agreed files for selected media. Production, media placement, ad setup and campaign management are separate tasks. Advertising outcomes also depend on the offer, audience and placement; a layout alone does not establish a lead count.
WHAT THE DESIGN COVERS
To commission an advertising layout, explain your offer, audience and intended placement. We clarify content, media, dimensions, brand assets and file requirements beforehand. A single flyer and a series of banners involve different amounts of preparation, so the scope follows your brief.
Message and priorities
Review supplied copy, the offer and desired action. Identify the heading, key points and reading order. The client confirms factual details, dates, promotion terms and contact information.
Composition and typography
Arrange headings, explanations and visual elements within the selected format. Consider size and viewing distance: a small card and a poster viewed from afar need different levels of detail.
Brand identity
Use supplied logos, colours, typography and identity guidelines. If there is no existing identity, we discuss a visual direction within the brief. Developing a standalone brand system is a separate service.
Images and graphics
Place supplied photographs and agreed graphic elements. Assess whether the materials suit the intended size. New photography, illustrations and paid imagery are included only through a separate agreement.
Formats and adaptations
Agree dimensions, sides and version count. Turning a poster into a horizontal banner may require a new arrangement rather than simple scaling. Each required adaptation is considered in the estimate.
File preparation
After layout approval, prepare the agreed print or digital files. Parameters follow the selected printer or platform’s requirements, which should be shared beforehand. Source-file format and handover are also established before starting.
ADVERTISING WORK FROM THE PORTFOLIO
The Eventora poster shows an event announcement, while the yoga studio layout combines imagery with a short message. Open the examples to examine the design. Your composition will follow its offer, content and agreed medium.
HOW THE WORK PROGRESSES
We define the brief and material package, then develop and review the design. Essential information and technical requirements are checked before final files are prepared.
Brief and materials
Share the offer, copy, contacts, brand materials and images. Discuss the audience, medium, placement and the action readers should take.
Scope and terms
Agree dimensions, versions, essential elements, deliverables and review stages. Confirm pricing and timing around content readiness and the required adaptations.
Layout design
Develop composition, emphasis and typography, then place agreed imagery. Present the result in the selected format for review.
Feedback
Collect comments and refine within the agreed brief. You check copy, dates, prices, contacts and links. Additional formats and new tasks are discussed before proceeding.
Final materials
After approval and final payment, deliver the agreed files. Later changes to the offer, copy or dimensions can be estimated separately.
PRICING AND TIMING
from ₽1,000
Timeline — 2 business days
The current advertising layout design price starts at ₽1,000, with a listed timeline of 2 business days. We confirm the estimate after reviewing your brief: text volume, images, composition complexity, dimensions and version count all matter.
The starting price covers an agreed scope of design, rather than an unlimited series of advertising materials. Before starting, we establish layout and adaptation counts, feedback stages and deliverables. New media, additional content and extra versions are discussed separately.
Printing, production, delivery, ad spend and media placement are separate costs. Copywriting, translation, new photography, illustrations, logos and identity design also require a separate agreement. A digital layout does not replace technical ad campaign setup.
Work begins after a 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% is paid after approval and before handover. At your request, we can sign a contract defining scope, price and timing. The brief, design review and file delivery can all be handled remotely.
ADVERTISING DESIGN QUESTIONS
How much does an advertising layout cost?
The current starting price is ₽1,000. Share your brief, content, dimensions and version count for an estimate. One piece with supplied copy and a series of differently arranged banners require different amounts of work, so the final price is agreed beforehand.
How long does the design take?
The current price list states 2 business days. Exact timing follows a review of materials, formats and feedback stages. Several independent layouts or additional adaptations are considered in the estimate.
What should I supply before starting?
Your offer and the purpose of the piece, ready copy, contacts, logo and existing identity guidance. We need dimensions and printer or platform requirements, plus photographs where planned. References with explanations help establish the visual direction.
Can you design a banner, poster or flyer?
Yes, we discuss layouts for print and digital media. We first establish the exact format, intended use and amount of information. A poster and a small banner need different emphases and levels of detail.
Are several dimensions included in one price?
Required dimensions and adaptation counts are agreed beforehand. Changing proportions often requires rearranging text and graphics. The starting price does not define one universal version count; your required package is included in the estimate.
Does the price include printing or an ad launch?
No, this item covers graphic design and preparation of agreed files. Production, placement, ad spend and campaign setup are separate tasks. Obtain the selected printer or platform’s requirements before final files are prepared.
Can you update an existing advertising layout?
Share the current file and requested changes. We assess whether the source materials can be used and whether replacing copy is sufficient or a new arrangement is needed. Editability depends on the source format, image quality and font availability.
Can the design be commissioned remotely?
Yes, we work online with clients in Russia and internationally: receiving briefs and materials, reviewing designs and delivering files. We establish any language versions and checked translations beforehand. Prices in the list are stated in roubles.
