BUSINESS CARD DESIGN
We design business cards for companies, professionals and independent projects. We organise contact details and visual hierarchy, develop a composition around your identity and focus on legibility. Format, sides and final layout requirements are discussed beforehand. We work remotely with clients in Russia and internationally.
WHEN YOU NEED BUSINESS CARD DESIGN
A business card introduces you and gives someone a clear way to get in touch after a meeting. Its content follows the recipient and the information they should find first: a name, company, phone number, website or booking link.
For an independent professional
You need a personal card with your name, specialism and contacts. We discuss what belongs on the card and how its appearance should relate to your work.
For a company and team
You need a layout within an existing identity. We use supplied logos, colours and typefaces and plan the placement of roles and contacts. Personal version quantities are agreed separately.
For a launch or update
Contacts have changed, the identity has evolved or the existing layout no longer fits. We review the materials and establish whether an update or a new composition is appropriate.
This service designs a printed business card. Manufacturing, paper, cutting and finishing are arranged with a printer separately. If a logo or visual identity still needs development, explore those services; their creation is not automatically included in the card price.
WHAT WE PLAN AND DESIGN
The layout follows your brief and brand materials. Before starting, we establish content, format, sides, visual direction and file requirements, so the scope and intended result are clear.
Content and priorities
We gather names, specialisms, company information and contacts, deciding what should be prominent and what can be omitted or placed behind a link to keep the card clear.
Connection with your identity
We use supplied logos, colours and typefaces. If materials are missing or need work, we first discuss a suitable scope; developing a new identity is assessed separately.
Composition and typography
We establish hierarchy, spacing and the relationship between text and graphics, considering legibility of names, services and contacts within the selected format.
Format and sides
We discuss size, sides and placement of the logo and contacts. Unusual shapes, cutting or special finishes require advance discussion with the selected printer.
Details and links
We review agreed text and contacts before approval. If a QR code is needed, we clarify its destination. You confirm the information is current; checks of the printed sample are discussed with the printer.
Agreed final layout
We establish the required files and printer specifications before handover. Extra versions, other applications and changes after approval are assessed as separate tasks.
BUSINESS CARDS FROM THE PORTFOLIO

HOW WE DESIGN A BUSINESS CARD
We begin with the brief, content and identity, develop the composition, discuss the layout and prepare the agreed result around requirements supplied beforehand.
Materials and brief
You share the logo, identity, contacts and preferences. We discuss purpose, format, sides and specifications if a printer has been selected.
Agreeing the scope
We confirm content, direction, version count, files, price and timing, clarifying which materials should be ready before starting.
Layout development
We establish visual priorities, choose typography and place elements in the selected format, retaining the identity and focusing on legibility.
Discussion and review
We present the layout, collect comments and refine within the agreed brief. Before approval, you check spelling, phone numbers, addresses and links.
Approval and handover
We deliver the agreed file package. You confirm manufacturing, material, quantity and finishing with the printer; extra adaptations are discussed separately.
PRICING AND TIMING
₽2,000
Timeline — 1 business day
Business card design currently costs ₽2,000, with a listed timeline of 1 business day. Before starting, we confirm content, format, sides, personal versions, source materials and the approval process.
The price covers the agreed layout within your brand identity. This item does not fix a concept or iteration count: scope and feedback are established beforehand. Staff contacts, language versions and extra sizes need an agreed package.
Printing, paper, quantity, delivery, cutting and finishing are separate costs. A new logo, identity, illustrations or additional layouts are not automatically included. Printer specifications should be supplied beforehand; changed requirements after approval may need a separate adaptation.
Payment is split into 50% before work begins and 50% after approval, before final materials are handed over. At your request, we can sign a contract defining scope, price and timing. Discussions and handover take place remotely.
BUSINESS CARD DESIGN QUESTIONS
Does the price include printing?
The ₽2,000 price covers the agreed design layout. Manufacturing, paper, delivery and finishing are separate costs. Obtain the selected printer’s requirements before starting so they can be considered in the work.
How long does the design take?
The current price list states 1 business day. We confirm content and material readiness, format, version count and approval stages before starting. Additional tasks and scope changes are discussed first.
Which materials should we share?
Your logo and existing identity guidance, name, role or specialism, contacts and preferences. References with explanations and printer specifications are useful. We clarify which information belongs on the card and its priorities.
Can I order a card without an existing logo?
Share the brief and materials so we can discuss an approach and scope. Creating a standalone logo or identity is a separate service rather than an automatic part of the card price.
Will the card have one side or two?
Format and sides follow the content and brief and are agreed beforehand. The price-list item does not define one universal package for every situation. Extra versions, unusual shapes and finishing requirements need advance agreement.
Can a QR code be included?
We can discuss a destination such as a website, contacts, portfolio or booking. Supply the exact link and its purpose. Placement and readability depend on size, layout and printing; sample checks are discussed with the printer.
Can you prepare versions for several staff members?
Yes, that scope can be agreed. We establish the number of personal and language versions, changing information and file requirements beforehand. One price-list item does not mean unlimited cards with different contacts.
How do I receive files for printing?
Share the selected printer’s specifications beforehand. After approval, we prepare agreed files around the confirmed brief. Printing and changes for another supplier are discussed separately. Work and handover can take place remotely.
