Launching a product or project
Create packaging graphics, a tag, label or sticker for a new offer. We discuss where people will see it, what information belongs on it and which dimensions or production dielines are already available.
Materials for customers
Prepare a gift certificate, card, sticker or branded letterhead. We clarify intended use, content and the connection to an existing identity so these details form a consistent set of applications.
Updating existing applications
Refresh materials after changes to contacts, a product range or identity. Review current files to decide whether small adjustments are enough or a new composition and different formats are needed.
Each application has its own size, content and manufacturing requirements. We choose the relevant service and agree scope before starting. Packaging graphics use an agreed structure; structural development, samples and manufacturing are discussed separately.
DESIGN SERVICES
Commission one layout or agree a coordinated set of applications. An estimate needs content, dimensions, version count and existing brand materials. The following areas describe the work; exact deliverables and files are established beforehand.
Gift certificates
Design a gift certificate around your content: a name, value or service, recipient, number and usage terms where needed. Plan front and back if required, then agree a format for printing or digital delivery.
Stickers
Create sticker designs with a logo, message or product information. Consider dimensions, surface and shape. Custom cutting needs production requirements; version and adaptation counts are included in the agreed estimate.
Tags
Design tags for a product or branded set. Arrange the name, supplied product details, contacts and other content. Agree shape, sides, holes and attachment requirements around the intended manufacturing method.
Branded letterheads
Design letterheads for letters and documents: a logo, company details, contacts and a working text area. Discuss whether you need a print file or a template for further editing, and which software you will use.
Packaging
Develop packaging graphics using an agreed format or manufacturer’s dieline. Place brand elements and supplied product information around panels and folds. Sides, dimensions and product version count determine the scope.
Agreed files
Review the composition and prepare the specified materials after approval. Obtain dimensions, margins, cutting and file requirements from the selected supplier beforehand. Source-file format and handover are agreed in advance.

HOW THE WORK PROGRESSES
First we define the application and materials, then develop and review the design. Obtain technical requirements early so the composition can account for real production or later editing.
Brief and source materials
Explain the brand and intended use, then share copy, a logo, identity materials and images. If you have selected a manufacturer, supply their requirements and any applicable dieline.
Scope and estimate
Define format, sides, layout and version count, deliverables and review stages. Confirm price and timing for the selected service and material readiness.
Design
Develop composition, typography and brand accents. Arrange agreed information around the application’s dimensions and present the layout for review.
Review and refinements
Collect comments and refine within the brief. You check copy, values, company and product details, and links. New formats or versions are discussed first.
Preparation and handover
After approval and final payment, deliver the agreed files. Adaptations for another supplier, product range or software can be estimated separately.

The five prices below come from the current price list. Each line relates to its own service. We confirm final pricing and timing after reviewing content, format, sides, versions, source materials and file requirements.
We establish the specific application and deliverables before starting. Personal certificate versions, packaging product variations, sticker sets and extra dimensions need an agreed scope. Timing follows the task and feedback stages; the price list does not state one shared deadline for these five services.
Prices cover graphic design. Manufacturing, quantity, materials, finishing and delivery are separate costs. Packaging structures, new photography, illustrations, copy, translations, logos and brand identity are included only by separate agreement. The client supplies factual content and labelling requirements.
Work begins after a 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% is paid after approval and before handover. At your request, we can sign a contract defining scope, price and timing. Materials, discussion and file delivery can all be handled remotely.
PRINT AND PACKAGING QUESTIONS
How much does print and packaging design cost?
The pricing section lists separate gift certificate, sticker, tag, letterhead and packaging prices from the current list. Share your brief, dimensions and version count so we can confirm the price of your package. Items with starting prices depend on the agreed scope.
How long does a layout take?
The price list does not specify a common deadline for these five services. We agree timing after reviewing materials, format, sides, versions, production requirements and feedback stages. Additional tasks may require separate time.
What can be included on a gift certificate?
A name, value or service, recipient, number, expiry, terms and contact method, following your content and brief. We establish essential information and format beforehand. If a QR code is needed, supply its exact destination and purpose.
Can you design custom-shaped stickers and tags?
We can discuss that format. It needs dimensions, cutting requirements and information about material and attachment from the selected supplier. We estimate design and agreed file preparation around that information; manufacturing feasibility is confirmed by the supplier.
Can I fill in the letterhead myself?
That depends on the agreed format. Explain which software you use and which elements should remain editable. A print layout and an editable document template may need different preparation. We define the required option and files in advance.
Is structural packaging design included?
Packaging graphics are developed around an agreed structure or dieline. If those are not available, we first clarify requirements and the work needed with the manufacturer. Structural development, material selection and samples are not automatically part of the graphic design price.
What do I need to supply?
Your brief, logo, identity materials, ready copy, company details or product information. Include dimensions, sides, versions, production specifications and any applicable dieline. The client confirms factual information.
Is printing included, and which files will I receive?
Printing and manufacturing are separate costs. Before starting, we agree the file package for the selected printer, manufacturer or your software. Final materials are delivered after approval; another supplier’s requirements and extra versions are discussed separately.
